Day Off (2023)

Description:

A Rui has run the family hairdressers in an old-fashioned area of Taichung for more than 40 years. With her tireless attitude and her stylist skills, she is a community institution as many have passed through her doors. Even her children, as flighty and dismissive as they are, follow in her hairstyling footsteps. However, at a time when A Rui should be taking it easy, she refuses to take a day off and embarks upon a long journey to take care of a client.
